All logos, brands, marks, headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes, or any combinations thereof appearing on the Website, unless otherwise stated, are properties owned by or licensed to the business and/or its associate entities displayed on the Website. The use of these properties or any other content on the Website, except as expressly permitted herein, is strictly prohibited. You are not permitted to sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials on the Website for any commercial or public purpose without prior written permission from the respective organization or entity.

Reports

The reports generated from requested tests shall be provided within the specified Turn-Around-Time (“TAT”) as indicated in the Test Requisition Form(s). However, this TAT may vary depending on the complexity of the requested test(s). Under no circumstances shall Yoda Healthcare Group be held liable for any delay in report generation. The reports generated are not intended to provide a diagnosis, opinion, or medical recommendations. Yoda Healthcare Group strongly advises Patients or their guardians to consult a qualified clinician or certified physician for interpretation of the reports. Yoda Healthcare Group disclaims all liabilities arising from the use or interpretation of the reports.

Fees

The fees for test(s) (“Fees”) specified by Yoda Healthcare Group are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes, as required under prevailing laws, shall be charged in addition to the Fees. Users can receive up to 10% off on eligible test bookings. Payment details, including the mode of payment and test(s) for which payment is made, must be communicated to Yoda Healthcare Group in advance via telephone or email. Fees must be paid in accordance with the instructions provided in the Test Requisition Form. Yoda Healthcare Group shall not be liable for payments not made in conformity with these terms. Patients or their guardians are advised to confirm the successful payment of Fees and the test details at the earliest by contacting customer care or via email.

Roles & Responsibilities

By signing the Test Requisition Form, the Clinician warrants that all information provided therein is true and accurate and that the Clinician is duly authorized to collect and submit the patient's sample for testing. While Yoda Healthcare Group facilitates sample shipment, it is not liable for any damage to samples during collection or transportation.

In the event of inadequate samples or quality control failure, Yoda Healthcare Group may request additional samples to complete the test(s). If such samples are not provided, Yoda Healthcare Group will deduct the costs incurred and refund the remaining amount.

The Clinician, Patient, and/or their guardians shall jointly indemnify and hold harmless Yoda Healthcare Group from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the requested tests.

Acceptable Website Use

A. Security Rules

Visitors are prohibited from:

• Accessing unauthorized data or accounts.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Website without authorization.
• Interfering with service, including submitting viruses or engaging in activities such as “mail bombing” or “crashing.”
• Sending unsolicited promotional or advertising material.

Violations may result in civil or criminal liability. Yoda Healthcare Group reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting offenders.

B. General Rules

Visitors shall not use the Website to:

• Commit criminal offenses or violate laws.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate privacy rights.
• Transmit obscene, defamatory, abusive, or threatening material.

Interactions on the Website

Visitors engaging with third-party healthcare providers via the Website do so at their own risk. The Website does not endorse or guarantee the services of any listed provider.

Information Uploaded to the Website

Term

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of signing the Test Requisition Form and remain valid until report delivery.

Termination

In the event of termination of requested test(s), no refunds will be issued unless the sample fails quality control or is inadequate for testing.
